1. What kind of restaurant is Thym by Parkzicht in Eindhoven?
Thym is a New York-style bistro serving French cuisine. Our dishes are prepared with locally sourced ingredients and are always fresh, seasonal and served with a creative twist.
We are also known for our extensive wine list, featuring a carefully selected range of wines from across Europe. Our team will be happy to recommend the perfect wine to complement your dish.
2. Where is Thym located in Eindhoven?
Thym is located just outside Eindhoven city centre, inside Hotel Parkzicht and within walking distance of both Parktheater Eindhoven and Stadswandelpark. Eindhoven city centre is also easily accessible on foot.
3. What are Thym's opening hours?
Thym is open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM for breakfast, lunch, drinks and dinner. Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM, lunch from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM and dinner from 5:00 PM.
4. Can I have breakfast at Thym if I'm not staying at the hotel?
Absolutely! You are more than welcome to join us for breakfast at Thym, even if you're not staying at Hotel Parkzicht. Take a seat and enjoy our à la carte breakfast or extensive breakfast buffet.
5. Can I have lunch at Thym?
Absolutely! You're welcome to join us for lunch every day. From 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM, we serve our extensive lunch and drinks menus. Take a seat in our New York-style bistro or, when the weather allows, on our sunny terrace.
6. Does Thym offer vegetarian dishes?
Absolutely! Our menu includes several vegetarian dishes. Just let us know your preferences and our kitchen team will be happy to accommodate your wishes and adapt dishes where possible..
7. Can Thym accommodate allergies and dietary requirements?
Yes, we are happy to accommodate allergies and dietary requirements wherever possible. Please note that we cannot guarantee that our dishes are completely free from cross-contamination or traces of allergens. Feel free to ask our team for our full allergen list.
8. Do I need to make a reservation at Thym?
Reservations are not required, but we do recommend booking in advance, especially at weekends or on evenings when there is a performance at Parktheater Eindhoven. Click here to reserve your table.
9. Can I dine at Thym before or after a performance at Parktheater Eindhoven?
Absolutely! Thym is just a few minutes' walk from Parktheater Eindhoven. Let us know when making your reservation that you're attending a performance and we'll be happy to take the starting time into account.
10. Is there parking available at Thym?
Yes, paid parking is available directly in front of Hotel Parkzicht. There are also several other parking options in the immediate vicinity of Parktheater Eindhoven and Stadswandelpark.
11. Does Thym by Parkzicht have a terrace?
Yes! When the weather allows, you're more than welcome to join us on our sunny terrace overlooking Stadswandelpark. You can enjoy breakfast, lunch, drinks or dinner here.
12. Does Thym offer private dining or options for groups?

13. What is Oyster Friday at Thym?
Every Friday from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM, it's Oyster Friday at Thym! Enjoy fresh oysters for just €1.50 each, paired with a glass of bubbles – the perfect way to start your weekend.
14. What is the Sunday Brunch at Thym?
On the last Sunday of every month, you can enjoy an extensive brunch at Thym from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Expect a delicious selection including luxury sandwiches, eggs Benedict, organic yoghurt with granola, fresh croissants, pancakes with Nutella or maple syrup and fresh fruit.
15. Are dogs allowed at Thym in Eindhoven?
Yes, dogs are welcome at Thym as long as they are kept on a lead. We'll be happy to find a comfortable spot where you can enjoy your visit together.
