1. Where exactly is Thym located in Eindhoven?
Thym is located on the edge of Eindhoven city centre, in the Hotel Parkzicht building, within walking distance of both the Parktheater and the Stadswandelpark. The city centre is also easily reachable on foot.
2. What kind of cuisine does Thym have?
Thym is a New York-style bistro with French cuisine. Our dishes are prepared with local ingredients, always fresh, seasonal and with a creative twist.
In addition, we are known for our extensive wine list, featuring a refined selection of wines from across Europe. Our staff will be happy to recommend a suitable wine with every dish.
3. Can I park at Thym?
Yes, you can use paid parking directly in front of the door, at Hotel Parkzicht. There are also several parking options in the immediate vicinity of the Parktheater and the Stadswandelpark.
4. Does Thym have vegetarian dishes?
Certainly! Our menu includes several vegetarian dishes. Please let us know your wishes; our kitchen will be happy to think along with you and adapt dishes where possible.
5. Does Thym take allergies and dietary requirements into account?
Yes, we are happy to take allergies and dietary requirements into account where possible. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee that our dishes are completely free from cross-contamination or traces of allergens. Feel free to ask our team for the detailed allergen list.
6. Is making a reservation at Thym required?
Reservations are not required, but we definitely recommend them, especially on weekends or on evenings with Parktheater performances.
7. Can I eat at Thym before or after a show at the Parktheater?
Absolutely! Thym is just a few minutes’ walk from the Parktheater. Indicate with your reservation that you’re coming for a performance at the Parktheater, and we’ll be happy to take the timing into account.
8. Does Thym also offer private dining or group packages?
Yes, Thym has two atmospheric private rooms: the Herenkamer and the Parkkamer. Both spaces are ideal for private dining, drinks or group packages. Feel free to contact us for more information or a tailor-made quote at thym@hotelparkzicht.nl.
9. Are dogs allowed at Thym in Eindhoven?
Yes, dogs are welcome, as long as they are kept on a leash. We’ll be happy to provide a place where you can enjoy yourselves comfortably together.
10. What is ‘Oyster Friday’ at Thym?
Every Friday from 16:00 to 18:30, it’s Oyster Friday at Thym! Fresh oysters for just €1.50 each, combined with a glass of bubbles, the perfect start to the weekend.
11. What is ‘Sunday Brunch’ at Thym?
Every last Sunday of the month, you can enjoy an extensive brunch at Thym between 10:00 and 12:00. Think luxury sandwiches, eggs benedict, organic yoghurt with granola, fresh croissants, pancakes with Nutella or maple syrup and fresh fruit.

Thym combines a New York bistro atmosphere with French classics, right in the heart of Eindhoven. Located in the stylish Hotel Parkzicht, overlooking the Stadswandelpark and within walking distance of the Parktheater and the city centre.
13. Can I also have breakfast at Thym without staying overnight at the hotel?
Absolutely! Even if you’re not staying at Hotel Parkzicht, you are very welcome to have breakfast at Thym. Join us and enjoy our à la carte breakfast or our extensive breakfast buffet.
