1. Where is Thym located in Eindhoven?
Thym is located on the edge of Eindhoven’s city centre, within Hotel Parkzicht, and within walking distance of both the Parktheater and the Stadswandelpark. The city centre is also easily accessible on foot.
2. What type of cuisine does Thym serve?
Thym is a New York-style bistro with a French kitchen. Our dishes are prepared using local ingredients — always fresh, seasonal and with a creative twist.
We are also known for our extensive wine list, featuring a refined selection of wines from across Europe. Our team is happy to recommend the perfect wine pairing for every dish.
3. Is parking available at Thym?
Yes, paid parking is available directly in front of the restaurant at Hotel Parkzicht. There are also several parking options nearby, around the Parktheater and the Stadswandelpark.
4. Does Thym offer vegetarian dishes?
Absolutely! Our menu includes several vegetarian options. Please let us know your preferences, our kitchen team is happy to accommodate dietary wishes wherever possible.
5. Is a reservation required at Thym?
Reservations are not required, but we highly recommend them, especially during weekends or on evenings with performances at the Parktheater.
6. Can I dine at Thym before or after a show at the Parktheater?
Absolutely! Thym is only a few minutes’ walk from the Parktheater. Please mention when making your reservation if you are attending a performance, and we will gladly take the timing into account.
7. Does Thym offer private dining or group arrangements?
Yes, Thym features two stylish private spaces: the Herenkamer and the Parkkamer. Both are ideal for private dining, drinks or group gatherings. Feel free to contact us for more information or a tailor-made proposal via thym@hotelparkzicht.nl.
8. Are dogs allowed at Thym in Eindhoven?
Yes, dogs are welcome as long as they are kept on a leash. We are happy to provide a comfortable setting for you and your four-legged companion.
9. What is ‘Oyster Friday’ at Thym?
Every Friday from 4:00 PM onwards, it’s Oyster Friday at Thym! Enjoy fresh oysters for just €1.50 each, perfectly paired with a glass of bubbles — the ideal start to your weekend.
10. What is ‘Sunday Brunch’ at Thym?
On the last Sunday of every month, enjoy an extensive brunch at Thym between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Expect luxurious sandwiches, eggs Benedict, organic yoghurt with granola, fresh croissants, pancakes with Nutella or maple syrup, and fresh fruit.
